Proghurt began with a simple dream to take care of the health of our family.
Our story starts with Dad, who has loved yoghurt since he was a child. More than 30 years ago, after marrying Mom, he received a special yoghurt recipe from an elder brother made with yoghurt, fresh milk, honey, and lemon. When Dad first tried it, he discovered not only a rich, delicious taste but also wonderful benefits for digestion and overall wellness. From that day on, homemade yoghurt became a part of our family’s table.
As the years went by and the children grew, Mom and the kids encouraged Dad to make his yoghurt even more nourishing by adding plant protein. About ten years ago, Dad began experimenting with plant proteins sold in the market. We were quite surprised; the flavours blended beautifully, and he made yoghurt enriched with plant protein for the whole family every morning from then on.
For over a decade, this became our daily ritual, a bowl of Dad’s special yoghurt every morning, bringing good digestion, strong health, and refreshing energy. As Dad and Mom grew older, we became even more aware of the power of protein; repairing the body, strengthening muscles, bones, skin, and hair, and fueling us with the energy we need each day.
From this love and care, Proghurt was born—a one-of-a-kind blend of yoghurt protein and five plant-based proteins: almonds, soybeans, peas, rice, and pumpkin seeds.
